With 28 years of experience, Chris focuses on Tenant Representation and Development with a career that has included multiple major market rollouts for national retailers covering Missouri, Kansas, Illinois, Kentucky and Indiana. From major metros to small towns, Chris is a Road Warrior always on the ready to travel to parts both known and unknown for his clients. With experience in construction, entitlements and financial analysis, his broad range of knowledge provides his clients with service Beyond the Letter of Intent. His passion for every facet of the business is evident in his work and is performed with patience, dedication and integrity.
Chris grew up in South St. Louis, attended St. Louis University High School, St. Louis University (BA Finance) and Webster University (MA – Real Estate). He enjoys spending time with his wife Meg and four adult children (three of which are triplets) and enjoys travelling, playing bass and singing in a band, welding his own furniture and sculpture designs, and restoring his 1980 Triumph TR7.
